Things are moving fast on Big Oil immunity — and we need you to show up.

Last week, Rep. Hageman and Sen. Cruz introduced legislation in both the House and Senate that would give fossil fuel companies blanket legal immunity from any laws or lawsuits holding them accountable for their role in the climate crisis. If passed, this sets a dangerous precedent that protects corporations over communities.
